​This class is designed to help introduce your child to fundamental movement patterns through various stations consisting of games, drills and skills. Class starts with group activity, followed by obstacle course and free play. During free play, the instructor will work with each student individually on bars, rings, floor, beam and tramp. This class is 60 minutes.

Preschool/Beginner (age 4+)

This class is a 60 minute class with 45-50 minutes of instruction and 10-15 minutes of free play. During instructional time, students will practice skills at assigned stations and rotate through each station as instructed. A variety of activities that encourage the building of balance, strength, and coordination will be incorporated. Classes are designed to be fun and encouraging for all students.

This class will work on developing strength, flexibility and coordination through various drills and foundational gymnastics skills. Examples of skills include rolls, cartwheels and handstands. Classes are 60 minutes and students will work on different skills and drills at different stations.

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling (7+ years)
Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm

We will build on foundational gymnastics skills, with the option to increase levels of difficulty for students ready to advance. Students will work on different skills and drills at different stations. Back handsprings will be a focus in this class. This class is 60 minutes of instruction.

Beginner students will work on foundational skills progressing to a back handspring. Advanced students will work on back handspring series, back tucks and other skills. Class will be 60 minutes of instruction.

About Us


Kids Acro (age 8+)
Fridays 4:15pm - 5:15pm
This class will focus on partner acrobatic lifts, acrodance skills, hand balancing, cheer-style lifts, dynamic skills and basic tumbling. The ultimate goal of skills learned is team choreography.

Prerequisites to enroll: 30 second handstand (against wall), a clean cartwheel and the ability to work well on a team.

This class is intended to help prepare students for cheerleading tryouts or improve skills of current cheerleaders. Jumps, motions, and tumbling will be worked on in this 60 minute class. Exercises to improve strength and flexibility will also be a part of the class.
