Book this massage if you want to reduce stress, calm the body and relax. We don't plan to "dig in" to trouble spots, so you can relax. Pressure can be adjusted to your preference. Total body massage includes face, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, abdomen, legs, back, glutes and feet. Please notify therapist if you prefer any listed area be excluded from massage.

Therapeutic Massage
Have pain or problems in a specific area? Book this massage to focus on those issues. A variety of deep tissue techniques, including Ashiatsu "Barefoot Massage" may be utilized. Cupping is also included in the Therapeutic Massage if needed. Hot stones can be included for additional fee.
